At first he didn’t even think the woman lying next to him was his wife, accusing her of being a thief, before finally admitting she was in fact the same woman he had married the day before.
Emirates 247 reported that the man is looking for $20,000 (£13,000) in damages. ‘He said she looked very beautiful and attractive before marriage, but when he woke up in the morning and found that she had washed the make-up off her face, he was frightened as he thought she was a thief,’ a source told local media.
