The remains of the Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Mr. James Ocholi (SAN), his wife and son will be buried in their hometown in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State on March 18. The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Babachir Lawal, disclosed this during a tribute session organised in honour of the minister by the Federal Executive Council on Wednesday.
Lawal said the burial would be preceded by a service of songs that will hold on March 16 at the International Conference Centre, Abuja. He said the corpses would leave Abuja in the morning of March 17 for their hometown where a Christian Wake will hold at 6pm.
The SGF said he is currently chairing a 13-member burial committee that is saddled with the responsibility of organising a befitting burial for the deceased.
