John Terry praises his bikini-clad wife Toni as she shows off her ample assets

She has been married to John Terry for ten years.  So it was no surprise the footballer, 36, was missing his wife Toni, as he took to Instagram on Tuesday to fawn over her.

The fitness enthusiast displayed the fruits of her labour in a sensational bikini-clad snap as she continued her envy-inducing getaway in Dubai with their eleven-year-old twins, Georgie John and Summer Rose.

The gym bunny showed off her rock hard abs in a skimpy patterned two-piece as she lined the shores of Dubai.

Her tiny bikini top just about contained her ample assets, while the matching bottoms put focus on her flat stomach and toned legs.

With her locks piled into a bun and a pair of shades on, Toni looked in her element as she topped up her golden glow.

John Terry offered unlikely managerial role
