Kathy Griffin quits Fashion Police after just 7 episodes

 After only appearing in seven episodes, Kathy Griffin is leaving E!'s Fashion Police. The 54-year-old known for her brash commentaries and outspoken personality - announced her abrupt departure via a lengthy letter posted on Twitter. 'After seven episodes of Fashion Police, I discovered that my style does not fit with the creative direction of the show and now it’s time to move on,' Kathy wrote. The show will continue with Giuliana and Brad Goeski, the network said in a statement published by JustJared. 'We can confirm that Kathy Griffin is leaving E!’s Fashion Police,' read the statement.

Almost everyone want to take over Kelly Osbourne roles at the Fashion police, even Larry King. Kelly Osbourne who quit Fashion Police last week amid uproar after Giuliana Rancic made inappropriate comments about 18-year-old Zendaya's hair. And now executives for the show are reported to be scrambling to find a replacement with many of the industry's finest vying for the coveted spot on the E! show.

But according to TMZ co-host Kathy Griffin is demanding final approval on the casting, which isn't sitting right with the show runners. The gossip website claims network sources have revealed that Naya Rivera, Christina Milian, NeNe Leakes, and Khloe Kardashian are in the running to take the spot. And while Griffin reportedly wants veto power, network executives say the final decision is
going to be made by them.

But whoever is vying for the role could be up against one the most legendary names in TV, Larry King. On Monday night, TMZ caught up with the 81-year-old as he headed to dinner asking him about the search for Kelly's replacement. 'I'll do it!' King said jokingly. 'Fashion Police: the culmination of my career!' He went on to lightheartedly critique the clothing of those surrounding him.
