The twin singing sensation Psquare has put up their mansion at Omole in Lagos for sale. The popular ‘Squareville’ mansion which serves as home of embattled Psquare brothers, Paul and Peter Okoye, is in the market for sale.

Reports have it that the brothers have decided to sell their joint properties after their split. According to reports on Friday, visitors to the iconic mansion located on Lola Holloway Street, Omole Estate, Ikeja, were met with `For Sale’ sign-post in front of the property.

At the time when Psquare moved into the mansion in 2010, Peter Okoye was quoted saying, getting a land in Omole Estate (Ikeja, Lagos) alone is N100m.

“When you look at the house, especially the finishing, it is over $2million, and when people speculated that the house was worth N300 million, we had not even finished the interior.

“What do you think is the cost of a mansion that has a swimming pool, six living rooms, and ten master bedrooms, all fully furnished.”

There have been strains in the relationship of popular Nigerian music duo in recent times.

Nigerians will always complain no matter what you do – Paul Okoye

Nigerians will always complain no matter what you do – Paul Okoye

Singer, Paul Okoye, has lamented that Nigerians cannot be pleased even when one offers help to them. He said Nigerians are not always satisfied, stating that they call one stingy ”when you give in silence and also call you ‘show off’ when you give in public.”

According to him, he does not care what anyone thinks because they will still complain no matter what one does. He further urged Nigerians to stop hateful comments and discouraging words against people on social media.

On his Instagram page @rudeboypsquare, he wrote: “You help someone today, they call you show off, you help in silence, they call you stingy. #onlyinnaija

“To an extent even when people need serious help, going public seeking for help or trying to raise fund, u will still hear some people saying “must they go public” mehhnnn ….. I taya!

“Yes I know some will say your reward is in heaven but then must you kill and discourage while we are on earth!

“I’m sure as am typing these words now; some English teachers are checking my grammar that’s the life we live in.

“Have a great week all, I don’t care what you think.”

‘We are sorry’ – Psquare Peter, Paul and Jude Okoye apologise to fans

It appears the Okoye brothers, Peter, Paul and Jude may have resolved the conflict that has plagued Psquare in recent times. Following a series of social media rants by Peter Okoye and the exclusive interview he had with THENETNG, the trio seem to have finally reached a compromise and bury the hatchet.

A few hours ago, the trio took to Instagram at the same time, to post the same message that reads
"That it took our stupidity to realize that FAMILY comes first, We are VERY SORRY🙏🏽. @rudeboypsquare@judeengees #dembeonenobetwo#PSquareForever 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🕊🕊"

Afterwards, Paul Okoye shared another posts that confirms the duo will perform together this weekend in Holland.
