How to apply for UK Visa

IMPORTANT: Applicants who are applying in a visa category other than in the Tier-4 visa category: Applicants applying in a visitor, settlement, or work route are advised that they must notchoose the option of “Tier-4 applicants” in the visa category when booking an appointment to attend a visa application centre (VAC). Booking an appointment under the incorrect category or block booking appointments can lead to delays to other customers and for yourself.

	What does VFS Global do?
	VFS Global manages visa application centres for the UK Border Agency here in Nigeria, where you should submit your completed visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data. 	Who decides if I will get a visa?
	Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. VFS staff does not, play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application. If VFS staff claims to be able to influence your application, you should notify in writing the Head of Visa Services at the British High Commission in Abuja.
