See: Justin Bieber N7.7M/per month new 6,000sqft Beverly Hills home

Though Justin is moving into a new home, but this is half of what he used to pay. The singer has moved from a N13.2M/per month ($60,000) mansion to a little N7.7M/month ($35,000) in  Beverly Hills. Just as 20-year-old was just getting used to his gargantuan glass palace, he's decided to downgrade to a more modest affair on San Circle. Sleepovers: The new house boasts five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and four fireplaces

Arty: the house has a home theater, office, 'chef's gourmet kitchen',and the walls come pre-adorned with art, which Justin may or may not keep up

Flipping heck: The house was previously bought in 2006 for $1.25million, but is now thought to be worth over $5million... however the popstar is only renting 

Viewtiful: The property features stunning views of the surrounding canyon and Century City below it

Water sports: 10,236sqft lot also has a pool, spa and 'serenity fountain'
