One of my favorite, Rita flashed a glimpse of her slender legs in her go-to pair of black thigh-high heeled boots. She teamed the boots with a motif vest top and super-short denim shorts. She carried a mini red leather handbag on her shoulder with a full face of make-up and fairly unstyled hair providing finishing touches.
