She's determined not to let her advanced pregnancy cramp her style and Kim Kardashian showed once again Tuesday night that she's an accomplished quick change artist. After attending a fashion show at Chateau Marmont in Hollywood in a sparkly number with a slit skirt, she slipped into a full-length black satin gown with a short cape.
