Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief (Mrs.) Kemi Nelson on Wednesday led a group of women, some men inclusive, to protest against Senator Dino Melaye.
It would be recalled that reactions have continued to trail the alleged assault on Senator Oluremi Tinubu by her colleague from Kogi South, Senator Dino Melaye.
The women who came out in their number, displayed placards bearing: ‘Real men raise their minds, not their fists,’ ‘Dino on the prowl, women beware,’ ‘Women are not threat objects,’ ‘Violence against women is conspiracy.”
Meanwhile, security personnel prevented them from gaining access into the National Assembly as police and other agents formed barricade at the main entrance to the National Assembly.
