The President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and his Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo this afternoon received their certificates of return from INEC. The INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega presented the certificate at a ceremony held at the International Conference Center in Abuja. See more image below....
