Bashir flies out of South Africa, court case continues

Sudan’s Minister of Information says President Omar al-Bashir has now left South Africa. The case on request to arrest him for alleged war crimes, however, continues. Bashir, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court, was in South Africa for the AU Summit.
