Flogging: ISIS flog two men for breaking their fast and lying about their 'crime' during the holy month of Ramadan

Victim: One of the two condemned men is seen being flogged by the Islamic State fighters

Savage jihadis fighting for the Islamic State in Iraq have publicly flogged two men who were accused of secretly breaking the Ramadan fast and lying about their 'crime'. Photographs released by ISIS' Information Office of the State of the Island - believed to refer to Samarra on the eastern banks of the Tibris river, show the men being punished in a desert clearing.

A young terror commander is seen reading out the charges against the two prisoners, while a huge crowd of bloodthirsty locals - including young boys no older than six, some of whom wear Western football shirts - struggle to get a better view of the brutal punishment.

The images begin by showing two terrified-looking men crouching in front of a group of ISIS commanders, one of whom carries a large whip. Pick-up trucks daubed with pro-ISIS slogans surround the men, suggesting they were arrested by the terror group's religious police force, known as the Hisbah.

While a young commander reads the charges against the condemned men, several boys can be seen poking their heads from behind the vehicles to get a better view of the victims being flogged.
