Nigerians and last minute rush. Well don't blame anybody, time no dey nii. According to Central Bank of Nigeria, today remains the last day for capturing of Bank Verification Number, BVN and as many Nigerians don't take something like that seriously, its done on everyone and am sure even if the banks do nothing but to attend to BVN, they won't capture half of their customers today.
