50 Cent ditches the D&G and diamonds in favour of a rubber watch and plain gray suit

Coming clean: 50 Cent took the oath to tell the whole truth before admitting his displays of wealth were bogus

On Monday night, 50 Cent hit the red carpet wearing a three-piece green satin suit from Dolce & Gabbana's Spring 2015 line paired with diamond-encrusted watch. But come Tuesday morning, the In Da Club rapper - whose real name is Curtis Jackson decided to dress down.

He wore a simple gray suit that looked off-the-rack and traded the rocks on his watch for a plain black plastic one as he appeared in Manhattan Supreme Court to testify about his alleged bankruptcy.
Jackson told a jury that the Lamborghinis, Bentleys and Rolls Royces that were featured in his music videos were all rentals and that the bling he was seen rocking was borrowed from a jeweler.

No bling here! 50 Cent's fingers were bare and his watch was rubber for his court appearance Tuesday

This was the same hand just 12 hours earlier on Monday night

The jury is weighing how much the 40-year-old will be ordered to pay sex-tape victim Lastonia Leviston, according to the New York Post. Jackson revealed he only owns three gold chains and that his plastic watch is a Casio G-Shock.

He testified: 'Those cars were rented. 'It's like music videos, they say action and you see all these fancy cars but everything goes back to the dealership.' Even though a recent appraisal estimated the rapper's worth at $150million, Jackson claims he is $28million in debt and even owes nearly $2,000 to his own grandfather.
