This young boy was spotted around Ikeja roundabout under-bridge, Lagos. He has large arm and accorinding to research he is likely suffering from elephantiasis, a common disease in India. The disease causes unusual swelling of the limbs and legs. According to reports available on twitter, he came seeking for help all the way from the North Nigeria.
