The first leg will be at Old Trafford on August 18, with the return fixture taking place at the Jan Breydel Stadium on August 26.

Brugge qualified for the play-off round by beating Panathinaikos 4-2 on aggregate after going down to a 2-1 first-leg defeat. Elsewhere, there will be notable ties between Lazio and Bayer Leverkusen, and Valencia and Monaco, while Scottish champions Celtic face Swedish counterparts Malmo.
