Petra Laszlo in a Hungarian camerawoman who lost her job after kicking a refugee man, causing him to fall on the child he was carrying.
Broadcaster N1, dismissed Ms Laszlo from her role claiming she’d ‘behaved unacceptably’. Well now she’s back and she reckons she’s going to sue the refugee that she kicked, Osama Abdul Mohsen, after he changed his testimony. She told Russian newspaper Izvestia: ‘He changed his testimony because he initially blamed the police.’
‘My husband wants to prove my innocence.
‘For him, it is now a matter of honor,’ added Laszlo, who can clearly be seen kicking out in the video.
She also wants to take legal action against Facebook, who allegedly didn’t remove threatening groups on the site. Laszlo was captured kicking Mohsen, who was carrying his young son, by another journalist on September 8 near Roske, on the Hungarian border.
A second video soon emerged which showed her kicking two other refugees – including a child. She has since said her violent behaviour was caused by fear and she’s thinking of relocating because she feels threatened in Hungary.
