The news comes after a 15-year-old boy from Northern Ireland was arrested and later released during investigations into the hack. TalkTalk chief executive Dido Harding has said she still was unsure how many of its four million UK customers had been affected by the attack, which affected the telecoms giant’s website rather than its ‘core systems’.
However the company said hackers would not be able to access enough information to steal money from Talk Talk customers.
