Breaking: Bayelsa Speaker bows to pressure, steps down

The Speaker, Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Mr. Kombowei Benson, has finally bowed to pressure by stepping down as member of the House. According to Punch reports on Monday that the Speaker refused to vacate his seat after the Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, sacked him 40 days ago.
