He's been steadily slimming down over the past year after overhauling his diet. However, fans of British singer Sam Smith fear he may have lost too much weight after he posted a photo of himself looking slim on his Instagram account (left).
Currently in California, the 23-year-old posted the shot of himself in a striped T-shirt on the balcony of an apartment block. The image prompted a host of fans to claim he is 'unrecognisable' compared to his rather portly frame when he shot to fame in 2014 (right). The Oscar-nominated star's Instagram page was full of comments on his weight loss, with one fan writing: 'This doesn't even look like him!'
