Finally Davido‘s team have decided to share the details of the contract the Dodo singer signed with Sony Music. The singer who recently celebrated the deal has stated that it is a multiple year contract, which will see Davido release two albums to be distributed globally by Sony.
In addition to that, the HKN boss would retain the right to his music and performances, while Sony will be publishing and distributing to the international market. Davido who did his home work well before putting pen to paper, made contact with a well renowned lawyer in the entertainment business, Joel Katz who represented some on the big shots in the music industry.
The likes of James Brown, Ludacris, Justin Timberlake and also the legendary Micheal Jackson. So it seems Davido is fully covered as regards the deal.
