Freddie Ladapo joins Crystal Palace



Nigerian youngster, Freddie Ladapo has joined English Premier League outfit Crystal Palace on a two and a half year contract for an undisclosed fee. The 23 year old striker joined the Eagles from non-league side Margate after a spell from Kidderminster Harriers which ended in January 2015.

Ladipo trained with the Flying Eagles which had Ahmed Musa, Kenneth Omeruo and Ramon Azeez in the team ahead of the Fifa Under 20 World Cup but was unable to make the squad list for the tournament in Colombia.

The striker who had netted 23 goals in 49 outings for Margate had also spent time at Thurrock, Chelsford City, and Grays Athletic.
