An Apple employee has been found dead with a gun nearby at Apple Headquarters in California, according to ABC7 News. The body of a man was reportedly discovered in a conference room at Apple’s Cupertino campus this afternoon.
Sheriff of Santa Clara County Police confirmed the man found dead was an Apple employee. Sgt Andrea Urena, of the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, said it is being treated as an ‘isolated incident’, The Mercury News reports.
Unconfirmed reports said he suffered a head wound. Law enforcement is still on the scene and investigating.
