The murder trial of 28 year old Yewande Oyediran, the woman accused of stabbing her husband, 38 year old Oyediran Ajanaku Lowo to death at their Akobo estate home in Ibadan, Oyo state on February 2nd this year after a domestic dispute, has been scheduled for November 9th.
The hearing which was earlier slated for yesterday October 24th, was rescheduled following the absence of the presiding judge, Justice Munta Abimbola who is the Chief Judge of Oyo State.
The case will come up for hearing at the High Court 1, High Court of Justice, Ring Road, Ibadan. Yewande who is a lawyer and a Staff of the Directorate of public prosecution at the Ministry of Justice, Ibadan, Oyo state, is currently being detained at the Agodi, Prison in Oyo.
