Amber Heard retracts spousal support request

Amber Heard's lawyer has filed a declaration to withdraw her temporary spousal support request. When Heard filed for divorce, she requested $50,000 per month. According to TMZ, Amber says she only asked for it because she thought it was standard procedure in a divorce case.

She claims the request is now being used against her to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence.

Barman defends Johnny Depp after ‘brawl’ photos emerge

Johnny Depp was recently pictured in the middle of what looked to be an angry confrontation with one of his bodyguards while partying at a bar in Denmark.

However the bartender who served him at the Under Masken on Wednesday evening has come out to defend the Hollywood star.

Hartvig Hansen reportedly told TMZ that the photos, published on Mail Online, are misleading and there were was no physical altercation at all.

In fact the barman insists Johnny, whose estranged wife Amber Heard has accused him of domestic abuse, was the perfect gentleman on the night in question.

He even posted a selfie of him and the actor on his Facebook page.

‘Tonight was insane,’ Hartvig wrote alongside the pic.

‘Working as bartender at Under Masken, and one of my biggest acting heroes Johnny Depp shows up(?!) and has time to talk nerdish acting stuff with me.

‘And he loves Samuel Beckett.’

His words come after reports claimed Johnny, 52, got into a heated exchange with a member of his security team after refusing to leave the bar.

‘Johnny was in a party mood that’s for sure,’ a source reportedly told Mail Online.

‘His bodyguard had his hand on his shoulder and was trying to get him to go back inside, but Johnny refused to go.’

Photos: Amber Heard’s ‘domestic abuse’ injuries blamed on Johnny Depp

New photos of Amber Heard with bruises and a cut lip have appeared online following a domestic abuse restraining order being granted against her husband Johnny Depp. In her court filing she wrote that ‘there was one severe incident in December 2015 when I truly feared for my life’.

These pictures, given to People magazine, are believed to show the aftermath of that incident. They are different to the injuries she appeared to show outside court on Friday May 27 when she requested the restraining order.

Since announcing her intention to divorce her husband, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ just 15 months after the pair married at their LA home in February 2015, Amber has accused the Alice Through The Looking Glass actor of domestic abuse.

She claims to have been a silent victim for years and friends have rallied around the actress, alleging that they had also seen signs of abuse.

‘This incident really stuck with me because she confided in me that day that she feared for her life after an intoxicated Johnny tried to suffocate her with a pillow,’ a friend told thew New York Post.

However lawyers for Johnny as well family and friends, including his ex-partner Vanessa Paradis and his daughter, Lily-Rose Depp, have slammed these allegations.

‘In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with me and this looks nothing like the man I lived with for 14 wonderful years,’ Vanessa wrote in a letter obtained by celebrity news site TMZ.

‘He is a sensitive, loving and loved person, and I believe with all my heart, that these recent allegations being made are outrageous.’

Laura Wasser, Johnny’s divorce lawyer has claimed that Amber is ‘attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse’.

‘Her current application for a temporary restraining order along with her financial requests appears to be in response to the negative media attention she received earlier this week after filing for divorce.’

TMZ reported that Johnny asked the judge to reject Amber’s claim for spousal support, as they wed with no prenup in place.

However it is now thought that the actress, who met Johnny on the set of the 2011 film The Rum Diary, is asking for £34,000 a month.

New texts allege Johnny Depp’s PA knew about the ‘domestic abuse’ of Amber Heard

Texts believed to have been sent between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s assistant in 2014, suggest domestic violence did occur in their marriage. Amber recently shared new photos of injuries – she claims were inflicted by her husband of 15 months – with the court during her proceedings to get a divorce from Johnny.

Now Entertainment Tonight have obtained texts that seem to support her case. On Friday May 27, Heard filed for a temporary domestic violence restraining order from Johnny, citing his alleged history of abuse in their relationship.

The actor’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, said in court documents that his estranged wife was just ‘attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse.’

Johnny’s daughter Lily-Rose, ex-partner Vanessa Paradis and ex-wife have insisted he has never been violent towards them.

Amber Heard is divorcing Johnny Depp. The actress filed the papers on May 22, just three days after his beloved mother Betty Sue Palmer died following a long illness. She cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ just 15 months after the pair married at their LA home in February 2015, having met on the set of her 2011 movie The Rum Diary.

TMZ reports that Johnny has asked the judge to reject Amber’s claim for spousal support, as they wed with no prenup in place. Johnny, who’s said to be worth $400million, has already been spotted without his wedding ring while walking the red carpet for new movie Alice Through The Looking Glass, which was the same day the papers were filed.

Depp has hired celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has in the past represented Kim Kardashian, Ryan Reynolds and Britney Spears.

The last time the two were seen together publicly was when they made an apology video for smuggling their dogs into Australia.

Depp had been in the country filming the new Pirates Of The Caribbean but had failed to declare Amber’s two terriers, which had entered the country on his private jet.
